Drury Inn & Suites Huntsville Space & Rocket Center

I had to have a pet friendly hotel and it filled my needs. Having the soaps in the shower was handy. I recommend changing the cloth curtain changed to a plastic one as water spilled out and made a huge puddle. Luckily, I had extra towels. The food was good and it was nice to have breakfast and dinner free. Maybe the time could be adjusted an additional 30 minutes?? Bed was comfy and the pillows okay.

I have had the pleasure of staying at The Drury Inn once before in Birmingham on a business trip and at that time was very comforted and impressed with my stay. When booking this trip, I noticed this location very convenient to the event that I was traveling for, "The Totally Tubular Festival" music festival, so since it was very close and my husband had heard me speak very high of the Drury Inn, I didn't even bat an eye before making sure I had secured our stay here! Something else that we liked was that traffic on I-65 North heading into Huntsville was atrocious and we were running behind on check in time, so we called ahead, and Clair answered the phone and confirmed out booking and let us know that our room would not be given away. Clair was quite candid and professional to talk with and the bonus on that was that upon arrival we discovered that there were in fact TWO Claires working the front desk! Both of them were quite endearing and very welcoming and I would love to ask you to please offer out regards and compliments on how nice they were and how welcome they made us feel!!!!! Also, the complimentary cocktails were sooooooooo very nice as well as the scrumptious munchies upon arrival as well as that very nice, heartwarming breakfast the following morning! If I had to offer any complaint, it would only be toward us, as our stay was very brief, only one evening, and that we had to get back home, but you fine folks at the Drury Inn made us feel so warm and welcome! The room was a really good size. It was very clean. I was traveling alone with 2 kids and was worried about safety. I was very pleased as soon as I walked in the door that worry left. The staff was very polite and upon request the check in lady gave us a room with a view of the Rocket center. The pool area was really clean and so was the hot tub. My kids had an awesome time there. We would definitely stay there again.
